A Country Practice is led by husband and wife duo, Doctors’ Peter Morrell and Virginia Pullman – both qualified and experienced veterinarians who have been actively practicing since 1982. Whether it’s for routine health examinations and vaccinations, or specialist veterinary surgery and veterinary radiology, our dedicated staff will ensure that your animals get the treatment they deserve.
We have two locations in Western Australia; A Country Practice (in operation since 2004) in Northam, and the Moora Veterinary Service (in operation since 1991). which operates in Moora and the surrounding districts.
We offer three types of veterinary services.
Our Pet Services have been improving the lives of animals and owners in Western Australia for years with specialised, comfortable care and attention to detail. Dr. Virginia Pullman has extensive experience in small animal practice and was awarded a Master of Veterinary Studies degree – an additional qualification in small animal medicine and surgery – in 1994.
This includes anything from:

• Soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, with referral to specialist surgeons when necessary;
• Pet grooming
Our Large Animal Services has been in the making for decades, with Dr. Peter Morrell’s specialist interest and extensive experience with sheep and cattle health and production, practicing under ‘Best Practice Livestock Consultancy’. Peter also has a love for horses, having been a horse educator in his youth and eventually a licensed racehorse trainer in his early veterinary career. These services include:
